TOP TEN from Simply Perfect
Introducing Simply Perfect. And it is just that- simply perfect. A hidden gem tucked away on 8th and railroad in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. It's been one of my top local favorites for many years. And not to worry- they also sell their products online. The variety of goods they carry is what keeps me coming back. Simply Perfect offers everything from women's threads, to unique children's toys and books to home goods, furniture and everything in between. I was very honored to join forces with Simply Perfect to bring you "top ten picks" by Silchuk Nest. Also, a HUGE thank you to my girl Michell for capturing these photos!
I went on a hunt and handpicked my top ten items that I've been enjoying at all price ranges. Let's dive right in with my very favorite item.
ONE-Peach Preistess Kimono
I took second glance at the price tag when I found this kimono. The price point and the quality don't match- IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE!! I would pay so much more for this kimono. So easy to throw on to wear around the house or go get the mail in style! Haha.. I also wore it effortlessly with my jeans and tank. It’s so soft, the details are so beautiful and the color is a dreamy peach.
TWO- Cream morgan Vase
This vase was a must for me. It’s everything that I usually gravitate towards when it comes to my "nest". Simple, neutral color and versatile. Fresh or dried flowers or just empty. It instantly caught my eye.
THREE- Western Graphic Tee
Something I've been into a lot lately- the soft graphic tee. It can be styled up with a skirt or dressed down with jeans. Just that perfect daily.
FOUR- “Sioux falls” throw pillow
Are you even a true local unless you own one of these pillows? Debatable! Haha. Something to keep me grounded, humble and remind me how blessed I am to live in this city. Although it snows here more than the Antarctic sometimes, but at least we’re surrounded by some of the kindest souls on the planet. I love the details of our cities geographic coordinates on the pillow.
FIVE- LION by Jellycat
My kids’ favorite. We have more stuffed animals in our house than socks.. so this was clearly the perfect addition to the "clan". Simply Perfect has a room dedicated for stuffed toys and books for kids. It’s the perfect place to find a unique gift.
SIX- Rustic Wooden Bowl
This bowl was definitely a splurge. One of those pieces that will last you a lifetime. It’s the ultimate fruit bowl with generous room for all those fruits and in our case- avocados- haha. The details of this bowl are even more beautiful in person.
SEVEN- Knit Alisse Sweater
A staple, in my opinion. Dress it up with a dress or a skirt or down with jeans and boots. I also wore it once tied around the waist to add texture to my outfit.
EIGHT- Laundry Detergent
I wanted to try something new for my threads. I am not big on perfume and only stick to my essential oils but went out of my comfort zone here. This is available in a few different scents too.
NINE- Soap and Organic Towel
The softest hand towel we own. I also love the ingredients of this pure vegetable soap. Its perfect for bathing little ones with sensitive skin. Perfect combo for the bathroom.
TEN- natural pumice stone
A pumice stone is formed when lava and water mix together. It's a light-yet-abrasive stone used to remove dry, dead skin and calluses on your feet. Honestly, I just really needed this. I am a mom of 3... always on my feet... need I say more... hahaha!
